FAQ

Why do some postings say OTE and others base?

Employers choose. Many quote the base salary to comply with transparency laws and mention commission separately, which understates total pay for AE roles.

Which states require pay ranges?

California, Colorado, Washington, New York, Illinois, Maryland, Hawaii, Minnesota, Vermont, Massachusetts and New Jersey, plus several cities, have pay-range posting laws.
